How to Request Data Deletion

Sorcrr allows you to request deletion of some or all of your personal data without deleting your account. You can manage your data through the app or by contacting us directly.

Option 1: In the Sorcrr App

Send an email to support@sorcrr.com from the email address associated with your Sorcrr account. Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line and specify which data you would like deleted. We will verify your identity and process the request.

Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request, as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If you change your mind, contact support@sorcrr.com before the deletion is processed.
