No sign-in required. Use this form even if you’ve already uninstalled the app.

Submit a Deletion Request

Use the form below to request permanent deletion of your Sorcrr account and personal data. After you submit, we will:

  • Send you an acknowledgement email within a few minutes
  • Verify the request was made by the account holder (we may reply to confirm)
  • Permanently remove your personal data within 30 days

Use the email you registered with Sorcrr so we can locate your account.

What Happens When We Delete Your Account

  • Personal data removed within 30 days — profile, employment history, skills, education, and contact information are permanently deleted
  • Job applications closed — any active applications are withdrawn
  • Messages deleted — your conversation history is removed
  • Video profiles deleted — all recorded video introductions are permanently removed
  • AI data cleared — your SAI conversation history, preferences, and personalization data are deleted
  • Payment records retained — transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and legal compliance
  • Anonymized analytics — previously collected anonymous usage statistics cannot be linked back to you and may be retained

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you change your mind within 30 days of your request, reply to the confirmation email or contact privacy@sorcrr.com to cancel the deletion.

Already Signed In?

If you can still sign in to the Sorcrr app, you can delete your account directly from there — it’s faster because we already know it’s you:

  • Open the Sorcrr app and sign in
  • Go to Settings → Your Data
  • Tap Request Data Deletion and confirm

Prefer Email?

Send an email to privacy@sorcrr.com from the email associated with your Sorcrr account. Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the request.
