How to Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Sorcrr account and all associated personal data. There are two ways to do this:

Option 1: In the App

• Open the Sorcrr app and sign in to your account
• Go to Settings (tap the menu icon)
• Tap Your Data (under Privacy & Security)
• Tap Request Data Deletion
• Confirm and enter your password to verify your identity

Option 2: By Email

Send an email to support@sorcrr.com from the email address associated with your Sorcrr account. Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and process the request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account deletion request is processed:

• Personal data removed within 30 days — Your profile, employment history, skills, education, and contact information will be permanently deleted
• Job applications closed — Any active applications will be withdrawn
• Messages deleted — Your conversation history will be removed
• Video profiles deleted — All recorded video introductions will be permanently removed
• AI data cleared — Your SAI conversation history, preferences, and personalization data will be deleted
• Payment records retained — Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and legal compliance
• Anonymized analytics — Previously collected anonymous usage statistics cannot be linked back to you and may be retained

Your Data Rights

In addition to account deletion, you have the right to:

• Export your data — Download a copy of all your personal data in JSON format (Settings > Your Data > Export My Data)
• Control analytics — Disable analytics and personalization (Settings > Privacy)
• Manage visibility — Control who can see your profile, contact info, and activity
