Pricing That Works for Everyone. Not Just Us

Free network participation. Clear company economics. And a whole network that benefits.
The hiring company funds the base placement economics at job posting, and the hired candidate can optionally contribute after acceptance.
The backend finalizes the bounty pool after hire, salary reconciliation, and chain selection. Through the same edge-favored geometric distribution that rewards every eligible referrer:
The company-funded bounty pool is separated from Sorcrr platform revenue.
Referrers split the rest, rewarding the people who made the hire happen.
The employee can opt out or request the company cover their share. Reduced-bounty scenarios and eligibility rules are enforced server-side.
No recurring hiring-seat fees for candidates, Sorcrrs, referrers, supervisors, interviewers, or job-specific hiring teams. When a company expands into Market, Books, company knowledge, customer-facing SAI, or support/sales workflows, the first 3 non-HR operators are included and extra operators are $8/month.
Unified AI credits fund high-cost SAI work across hiring, Market, Books, customer support, and company knowledge. Companies can fund a shared pool or give selected employees and hiring collaborators monthly allowances.
