Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Sorcrr, operated by SOSUITE LLC. By accessing or using Sorcrr’s websites (sorcrr.com, app.sorcrr.com, market.sorcrr.com), mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
2. Description of Services
Sorcrr is a multi-sided platform with three core products:
Sorcrr Hiring
A bounty-driven hiring platform where employers post jobs with referral bounties, candidates apply via structured video profiles, and referrers earn rewards for successful placements. Features include AI-assisted job descriptions, interview analysis, and a proximity-based referral chain system.
Sorcrr Market
A service marketplace spanning 16 industries—from wellness and creative services to consulting, healthcare, and beyond. Providers list offerings, set referral bounty percentages, and customers book and pay through the platform. Referrers earn bounties for driving sales through share chains.
Sorcrr Market is a software, marketplace, payment, and referral layer. Unless a checkout explicitly says otherwise, the provider or company offering owner is the seller of record and is responsible for service delivery, professional licensing, insurance, taxes, local compliance, customer disclosures, and any industry-specific duties that apply to their services.
SAI (Sorcrr AI)
An AI assistant powered by Google Vertex AI that helps with job descriptions, candidate matching, interview analysis, company knowledge, customer support drafts, bookings, market workflows, books support, and platform guidance. SAI operates across personal, company, and customer-facing contexts with human review where required.
Sorcrr Books
A bookkeeping and operating layer that helps small businesses organize vendors, products, expenses, sales, invoices, purchase orders, and finance-support workflows. Local AI features may be free where available; cloud AI and automation features may consume AI credits.
3. User Accounts
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we may refuse, restrict, suspend, terminate, cancel, remove, hold, reverse, or limit access to the Platform, accounts, listings, bookings, payments, payouts, referrals, bounties, content, onboarding, or other services at any time if we believe doing so is appropriate for safety, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory compliance, professional-service rules, payment-processor requirements, platform integrity, user protection, reputation, business risk, or availability reasons. We will not refuse service for an unlawful discriminatory reason.
Account Types
Sorcrr supports multiple user types: Candidates (job seekers), Employers (companies posting jobs), Providers (service providers on Market), Buyers (service customers), and Referrers (users who share and earn bounties). A single account may operate in multiple roles.
4. Payments, Fees & Stripe
All payments on Sorcrr are processed through Stripe, Inc. By using any payment feature, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Sorcrr Market Fees
- Platform fee: 8% per transaction (deducted from provider payout, $1 minimum)
- Bounty platform share: 20% of the provider-set bounty pool
- Minimum bounty: The current direct-checkout bounty floor is shown in the product before checkout. Industry-specific or redirect-checkout bounty rules apply only when supported by the active product configuration.
- Stripe processing: Processing costs may be shown at checkout or deducted as disclosed for the specific transaction
- Seller payables: Direct-checkout seller proceeds are recorded as held payables and released only after refund, dispute, risk, and payout-eligibility checks clear
- Seller of record: The provider or company offering owner is the seller of record unless checkout says otherwise
- Reversals and offsets: Refunds, disputes, transfer reversals, reserves, negative balances, and future-payout offsets may reduce or delay seller payouts
Sorcrr Hiring Fees
- Employer fee: 25% of average posted monthly salary, paid at job creation
- Employee fee: 25% of final monthly salary, invoiced after offer acceptance (net-30 terms)
- Optional bounty fee: 4% transaction fee on additional bounty amounts
- Bounty pool: The company-funded bounty pool is finalized after hire, salary reconciliation, and chain selection
- Platform revenue: Sorcrr earns the platform placement revenue after backend true-up; the frontend never determines final bounty or platform math
- Stripe processing and payout fees are passed through to the respective parties
Operating Seats, Company Pools & AI Credits
- Hiring participation is free: Candidates, Sorcrrs, referrers, recruiters, supervisors, interviewers, future teammates, and job-specific hiring teams do not count as paid operators.
- Included operators: Companies receive 3 included non-HR/non-provider operators.
- Additional operators: Each additional non-HR/non-provider operator may be billed at the published monthly operator rate.
- Provider-only supply: Provider-only sellers or instructors who do not use internal operator tools are not charged as company operators.
- AI credits: SAI, cloud AI, KB extraction, Books assistance, customer support drafts, image generation, and other variable-cost AI features consume unified AI credits.
- Paid credits: Paid credits are purchased through Stripe and do not expire unless required by law or stated at purchase.
- Granted credits: Signup, promotional, job-funded, company-funded, or subscription-granted credits may expire according to the grant terms shown in-app.
- Company-funded credits: Companies may fund a shared company AI pool or selected user allowances. Admins may see request, approval, allocation, and company-scope usage metadata.
- Top-up requests: Users may ask a company for AI credits. The company may approve, edit, reject, or ignore the request according to its internal policy.
- Estimates: AI credit estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Actual usage depends on model, context length, output length, tools, files, and provider costs.
Stripe Connect
To receive payouts from referral bounties, service bookings, or hiring placements, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding, which may include identity verification and bank account linking. Stripe may collect additional information as required by law. Sorcrr does not store credit card numbers—all payment data is handled by Stripe.
Payout minimums apply: $50 for hiring referrals, $0.50 for market referrals. Amounts below threshold may be held until eligible. Stripe fees are subject to change per stripe.com/pricing.
Sorcrr uses a transparent pass-through pricing model. We never hide fees. Stripe processing costs are shown separately at checkout and deducted transparently from payouts. See full pricing details, calculators & fee breakdowns →
5. Referral Bounties & Distribution
Sorcrr’s referral system rewards users who connect people with opportunities. When you share a job posting or service offering via a unique referral link and that share results in a successful placement or booking, you may earn a portion of the bounty pool.
- Bounty distribution uses a proximity-based algorithm—closer referrers earn more
- Maximum referral chain depth is 5 levels
- Bounty percentages are set by providers (Market) or determined by salary (Hiring)
- All bounty earnings are subject to applicable taxes—you are responsible for reporting income
- Sorcrr reserves the right to withhold bounties in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, or policy violation
- Hiring decision makers, voters, approvers, hiring managers, and financial controllers are not eligible for bounty payment on jobs they can influence, although their links may still be tracked for analytics and audit trail
Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or any scheme to artificially inflate referral chains is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all pending bounties.

6. SAI AI Assistant
SAI (Sorcrr AI), powered by Google Vertex AI (Gemini), is an integral part of the Platform. SAI reads content from chats you participate in — including internal briefs, internal remarks, application group chats, and direct messages — to generate summaries, narratives, and recommendations that help you work faster.
Baseline condition of using Sorcrr. SAI access to your chat content is not a toggle you can turn off while continuing to use the Platform. It is a foundational feature, not an optional add-on. By creating or continuing to use your Sorcrr account, you grant SAI permission to process chat content on your behalf as described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to this, do not use the Platform — you may delete your account at any time (see Section 18).
AI Features
- SAI Assistant: Conversational AI for job descriptions, candidate matching, interview preparation, chat summaries, and platform guidance
- Chat Intelligence: Short-form summaries, hiring recommendations, and candidate-matching signals generated from chat content you and your team participate in
- Interview Analysis: AI-powered transcription and analysis of interview recordings you upload
- Candidate Ranking: Algorithmic scoring based on profile data, skills, and job requirements
- Smart Matching: Vector-based similarity matching between candidates and job requirements
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are assistive suggestions, not decisions — you retain full control over hiring and booking decisions
- AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information; you are responsible for verifying important outputs
- Your chat content is not used to train Google’s or any third party’s foundation models — Google Vertex AI processes data under an enterprise Data Processing Addendum that contractually prohibits this
- AI credits are purchased, granted, or company-funded separately and consumed based on usage
- Sorcrr does not use AI to make autonomous hiring decisions or discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Customer-facing SAI and automation features are assistive and experimental at launch; Sorcrr does not guarantee sales, support resolutions, bookings, hires, accounting outcomes, or other business results
See Privacy Policy § 6 for the full technical description of what SAI reads, what it produces, how long it retains data, and what it does not do.
7. Contact Import & Address Book Access
With your explicit permission, Sorcrr may access your device’s address book to help you find people you know on the platform. When you choose to import contacts:
- You represent that you have the right to share those contacts’ information for the purpose of finding connections
- Phone numbers and email addresses are normalized and used to match against existing Sorcrr users
- Sorcrr may store hashed contact identifiers, contact names, match status, and import timestamps to support matching, invite tracking, contact-joined notifications, and referral recommendations
- We will not contact your contacts without their consent or outside the platform’s invitation features
- You can revoke address book access at any time through your device settings
8. Calendar Integration
Sorcrr Market supports integration with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar to manage availability and bookings. When you connect a calendar:
- We access your calendar via OAuth 2.0 (you authorize access through Google or Apple directly)
- We read existing events to determine your availability—we do not read event details beyond time slots
- We create events for confirmed bookings on your behalf
- Calendar data is used solely for scheduling and is not shared with other users or third parties
- You can disconnect your calendar at any time from the Calendar Settings screen
9. Content & Conduct
You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share on Sorcrr, including profile information, video recordings, job postings, service listings, reviews, and messages. You agree not to post content that:
- Is false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive
- Violates any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or offensive
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonates another person or entity
- Manipulates or games the referral, review, or ranking systems
You also agree not to offer, request, promote, sell, book, refer, or facilitate goods, content, services, conduct, or transactions that are illegal, exploitative, abusive, dangerous, fraudulent, non-consensual, infringing, or designed to evade applicable law, professional rules, licensing requirements, sanctions, payment-processor rules, or platform safety controls. This includes content or services involving threats or violence, harassment or hate, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, human trafficking, malware, phishing, fraud, impersonation, doxxing, unlawful weapons or controlled substances, counterfeit goods, unauthorized regulated services, or emergency services.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Reporting Harmful Or Illegal Content And Services
If you see content, listings, services, messages, users, transactions, or activity that appears illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise violates these Terms, report it through the in-app report, feedback, or support tools where available, or email legal@sorcrr.com. Privacy or data-rights issues may be sent to privacy@sorcrr.com. Please include relevant URLs, screenshots, account or listing identifiers, dates, and the reason for the report. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.
Sorcrr may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit or suspend accounts, preserve records, notify affected users where appropriate, refer matters to payment processors, professional bodies, regulators, law enforcement, or reporting hotlines, and cooperate with lawful requests. We may decline to act on reports that are incomplete, abusive, submitted in bad faith, or outside the scope of the Platform.
Video Content
Sorcrr uses short-form video for profiles, applications, and service listings. By recording or uploading video, you grant Sorcrr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and process that content within the Platform. You retain ownership of your video content and may delete it at any time.
10. Reviews & Ratings
Sorcrr’s review system is designed to build trust and accountability. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and not influenced by compensation or coercion. We prohibit:
- Fake reviews (positive or negative)
- Review exchange schemes
- Retaliation against negative reviewers
- Reviews that contain personal attacks or discriminatory language
Published reviews become part of the platform’s trust record. While users may request review of disputed ratings, we do not remove legitimate reviews simply because they are unfavorable.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on Sorcrr, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying technology, is the property of SOSUITE LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
By submitting content to Sorcrr (profiles, videos, listings), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform. You retain all ownership rights to your content.
12. Third-Party Services
Sorcrr integrates with several third-party services. Your use of these integrations is also governed by their respective terms:
- Stripe: Payment processing — stripe.com/legal
- Google: OAuth sign-in, Calendar integration, Vertex AI — Google Terms
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, Calendar — Apple Terms
- LinkedIn: OAuth sign-in — LinkedIn Agreement
- Firebase: Authentication, hosting, real-time data — Firebase Terms
Sorcrr is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies independently.
Public Website Analytics Consent
Public websites may use essential cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 as described in our Privacy Policy. Where a public consent control is presented or legally required, your analytics choice applies to non-essential analytics on that surface. Signed-in app analytics choices are managed through the app privacy settings where available.
13. Disclaimers
Sorcrr is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any content, listings, profiles, or AI-generated outputs available through the Platform.
Sorcrr does not verify the credentials, qualifications, or backgrounds of users (employers, candidates, providers, or referrers) beyond the information they provide. You are responsible for your own due diligence when hiring, booking, or engaging with other users.
Professional And Regulated Services
Sorcrr is not a healthcare provider, therapist, law firm, financial adviser, employment agency, background-check company, credentialing authority, or emergency service. Providers, employers, candidates, referrers, buyers, and other users are responsible for their own professional duties, licenses, credentials, insurance, privacy notices, client or patient consents, and compliance with laws that apply to their activities.
Referral bounties, incentives, discounts, and referral-fee features for regulated services are available only where lawful and permitted by the provider’s applicable professional, advertising, fee-splitting, anti-kickback, and referral rules. Providers are responsible for disabling, avoiding, or modifying bounty and referral features where those rules prohibit or limit them.
Marketplace listings, provider profiles, reviews, trust signals, identity checks, third-party verification data, or Sorcrr/Sorcrr-user observations are informational only and are not guarantees of identity, licensing, background, suitability, quality, legality, availability, or outcome. Sorcrr does not provide medical, therapy, legal, tax, financial, hiring, or other professional advice. No attorney-client, clinician-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, employment, agency, or similar professional relationship is created with Sorcrr by using the Platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOSUITE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Sorcrr shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sorcrr in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
15. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOSUITE LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any third-party claims, demands, actions, investigations, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, settlements, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, your transactions, your communications, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another party’s rights.
This indemnity includes claims arising from or related to: (a) job postings, hiring, recruiting, interviewing, selection, rejection, compensation, classification, workplace, accommodation, automated-employment-tool, immigration, or employment-law decisions made by you or your organization; (b) services, listings, bookings, refunds, cancellations, quality issues, personal injury, property damage, professional malpractice, licensing, credentials, insurance, taxes, or service delivery by providers, companies, or users; (c) healthcare, therapy, legal, financial, real estate, education, childcare, pet care, transportation, hospitality, or other regulated or professional services offered, requested, booked, referred, or discussed through the Platform; (d) referral bounties, referral fees, discounts, incentives, fee-splitting, anti-kickback, advertising, solicitation, consumer-protection, or professional-responsibility rules that apply to your services or referrals; (e) reviews, ratings, profile claims, messages, videos, documents, intellectual property, publicity, privacy, defamation, confidentiality, or other content you submit or cause to be submitted; (f) personal data, contact data, calendar data, client data, patient data, candidate data, employee data, or customer data that you upload, import, process, or ask Sorcrr to process without all required rights, notices, consents, authorizations, or legal bases; (g) payouts, taxes, tax reporting, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, sanctions, export-control, or payment-processor requirements connected to your account or transactions; and (h) your reliance on AI outputs, recommendations, summaries, rankings, drafts, search results, or other assistive Platform signals without appropriate human review.
You may not settle any claim in a way that admits fault by Sorcrr, imposes obligations on Sorcrr, or affects Sorcrr’s rights without our prior written consent. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with that defense. This section does not require indemnification to the extent a claim is finally determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to have been caused by Sorcrr’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of non-waivable law.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sorcrr shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration conducted in Wyoming.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Termination & Account Deletion
You may close your account at any time through either of these paths:
- Inside the app: Settings > Personal Data > Delete Account. Confirming the dialog immediately deactivates your account, signs you out, removes the account from normal search/listing surfaces, and begins the deletion or anonymization process.
- Web form (no sign-in required): sorcrr.com/account-deletion, for users who have uninstalled the app.
- Email: privacy@sorcrr.com from the email on file.
After verification, Sorcrr processes deletion or anonymization of supported personal data from active product systems within 30 days, subject to technical, legal, fraud-prevention, safety, tax, accounting, dispute, and transaction-record retention rules. Financial and tax records (invoices, payouts, 1099 data) may be retained for up to 7 years where US or international law requires. The full retention and deletion schedule is in Privacy Policy § 11.
We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
- Any pending bounties may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violation
- We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (see Privacy Policy § 11)
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect
19. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of Sorcrr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
